Bees are a necessity to life on earth, without these little workers we would not have a beautiful planet.
Thrilled to say that they have now officially been declared ’The most important living species on earth’.
 
With this particular painting I wanted the colour scheme to be coastal, aiming towards the Hamptons Interior style. Coastal colour tones of blues and neutrals but yet very botanical. Imaging wandering around the coastal nature trails, hearing the tide roll in, listening to the bees buzzing as they work and immersing yourself in those surroundings.

Of all the insect pollinators, bees are the only ones that collect pollen to eat. As such, bees are responsible for all the world's pollination.... And delicious honey from nectar of course with various bee species!
