3. Conduct communications in a favourable manner. This means that content or comments deemed by the artist as indecent, inflammatory, racist are not permitted

PRICING

All pricing on this website is shown in Australian Dollars AUD.

REFUSAL OF SALES OR SERVICES

Artist Andrea Marriette reserves the right to refuse sale of goods or services where the user is deemed by the artist to have failed to abide by the Terms of Use.

 

CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGE OF MIND PURCHASES

Order cancellations for the purchase of ready-made goods are permitted post sale date for a 3 day period only. If a purchased artwork has already been booked for shipping (within the 3 day period and paid by the artist), or despatched to the collector, then collector must cover the cost of shipping.

 

COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All artworks, illustrations and prints displayed on this website, that are created by the Artist, remain the copyright and intellectual property of Andrea Marriette. This also applies to all written content displayed on the Website.

No images or content are to be used for promotional or commercial purposes without written consent from the Artist.

 

SHARING OF ARTWORK IMAGES OR CONTENT

Images by Andrea Marriette may only be shared to social media if they strictly remain UNMODIFIED. Cropping of any artworks is not permitted. Sharing of images or content also requires:

• Full credit given to the Artist Andrea Marriette

• Reference to the artists website address

• Reference to the Artist’s social media accounts
