There was no specific destination when creating this artwork, just a few different memories of various lakes and inlets. Watching the all important pollinators at work and listening to the bulrushes rustle with the gentle wind. Natures beauty and tranquility.
As for the flowers I just chose to paint prettier wild ones like the billy buttons. This artwork was created around the bees and dragonfly and the lake is a tranquil backdrop.
